This new direction can make it difficult for teams to perform optimally as they fear offending one another. I've learned to embrace constructive criticism and take massive corrective action. Creating and innovative culture that reward stoicism is also a good idea. Start by analyzing peer feedback to pinpoint key areas for improvement, such as better communication or increased collaboration. Then establish SMART goals that address the problem. Having an accountability partner can be very important. Not only is recieving the feedback important but ensuring it is applied over time. For those trying this method it is recommended to have a supervisory role that oversees completion without micro-management.
