En efecto creo que todos los puntos antes descritos ayudan a tener un horizonte, que en mi opinión es lo primero que debería tener claro. Segundo. Tener indicadores que me ayuden a medir la efectividad de las herramientas de actualizacion que utilice. Configurar alertas que notifiquen los cambios del estado de las actualizaciones programadas. Políticas que me aseguran confiabilidad, seguridad, compatibilidad, funcionalidad y brinden soporte al equipo de trabajo. Por último realización de auditorías que me permitan mejorar mi proceso.
