We should focus more on Predictive Maintenance. Predictive maintenance utilizes sensors to gather information about the chiller, AHU, FCU, Valves etc HVAC equipment performances. An IBMS uses advanced machine learning algorithms to analyse data, detect anomalies and predict the likelihood failure of these equipments.
