How can you effectively discuss your experience with lean manufacturing?

Good advice, also don’t assume that people who work in a “lean company “ understand how to implement it or know more than their role. For example a lot of Toyota managers may never have had to implement target setting linked to company goals because they are just following processes already in place. A company where standardized work is in place is totally different animal to one where they talk standardized work but don’t actually have it. Stick to understanding the gaps in your target company and how you and your experience can add value.

As per my experience with lean in FMCG manufacturing, I have successfully standardized work procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency. These helped in improving operational efficiency and reducing waste.Initiated a culture of continuous improvement, where employees regularly identify and address problems.Structured ROQ based JIT system to ensure that materials are replenished when needed, to minimize inventory and focused on equipment efficiency(OEE).Quality control measures like HACCP were put in place, data-driven decision-making were key aspects of my approach.I recognized the need for change management and continually reviewed to make improvements.These efforts led to, reduced costs, and improved customer satisfaction.

Understand the audience is important before explain. ?? . I probably share my achievements done through lean implimentation while how each tool works there. Same time i hope its important to discuss the failures happened and how i overcome with specific examples. Share of both people and organization development can add more value to the discussion.

Better and interesting if we can discuss the success stories. But I think most importance of discussing the failures and how you overcome it, what are the learning you get. What kind of decisions made by you and why. In the same time how lean knowledge support you to overcome the situation gives your true experience.

Ao longo da minha carreira profissional já passei por diversos desafios um deles foi, a utiliza??o da manufatura enxuta que por mais que possamos divulgar a todos os funcionários da companhia sempre temos desafios a enfrentar como por exemplo, as reclama??es nas mudan?as das atividades que se executadas de forma diferente a tradicional irá gerar mais economia a opera??o, ou os colaboradores que acreditam que a nova ferramenta é mais uma perda de tempo, lidar com essas situa??es na opera??o acaba atrasando os resultados a serem adquiridos com a implanta??o da manufatura enxuta, uma estratégia utilizada é escolher um grupo de pessoas e trabalhar o motivacional para que seja espalhado para os demais colaboradores como uma ‘fofoca do bem’.
