Especially in an orgaizational context it is important to have a portal with an API overview and deeper dive information, how to use it, rate limits, access restriction, GDPR, costs. The better the API description the more likely it will be used and chances of creating a very similar one decreases significantly.

Some of the most common ways are creating a portfolio, a resume, a blog, a video, or a webinar, which are different formats and media to display and explain your API. Ensure to pull only the required data in the API. Fetching only the required data from the server helps APIs perform operations quickly. This is crucial as API is the backbone of the applications.
