As Tyler stated you can delete temporary files (Win11, and newer win10 versions. Start, Settings, storage, Temporary files. If it is a work computer, with lots of users on it. Open System, About, Advanced System Settings, Under User Profiles button, Any "unknown accounts" these are user profiles for users that have been removed from AD. Deleting them here will remove all entries of them in the registry as well. I sometimes go further and delete users who have not logged in 90 days. You can go shorter or longer if you want.
