Even end users working at different levels of the organization or any business will come across, handle, or be a user to input data into the system. Having data literacy and understanding the importance of data and its structures, will help the the organization as a whole to enjoy high levels of data quality. Explaining the importance of data literacy and the contribution at the end-user level should be the goal of the organization as well.

Knowing about data has been a total game-changer for me. I was a non-tech person, but then I realized that getting the basics of data concepts is pretty empowering. It's just like learning a new language - the language of your business. Platforms like Coursera or LinkedIn Learning have several courses that helped me get the hang of not only the technicalities of data types and structures but also their practical applications. Things like getting into new tools' functionalities and mastering database queries helped me a lot in dealing with data.
