Creating a team that works well together means more than kudos and using the feedback sandwich technique. A team that works well together should be able to recover from mistakes, but hold each other accountable. Be vulnerable, but have a determination to succeed. These are talents as well as skills, and asking for examples of these qualities during the interview process is not only possible, but is as necessary as demonstrated abilities to perform necessary job functions. Don't overlook them or trust your gut or feelings- ask! People can be amazing.
