The people that attend my leadership training sessions are always thankful for the learning opportunities, even when they've also got plenty of 'other work' on Leadership is a skill, NOT a position So embrace the chance to improve your own level of emotional intelligence, and to find out skills that enhance you as a leader/manager. If you get the opportunity to attend something, grasp it and jump in with both feet, you'll be surprised what you already know and what else there is to learn from taking on different perspectives and most importantly, becoming your own unique version of a leader.

In my personal experience, the opportunity for Leadership is always present. Society itself is made up of human groups. The important thing is to group each person in the corresponding group according to strengths, abilities and objectives, thus encouraging joint work and enhancing the characteristics of each member for a common goal that is agreed upon by the Team being led. Continuous empowerment and feedback is the key.

Very important, to reflect on the progress it is necessary to get involved with all the members of the team, through the on-site inclusion of the project, holding a group meeting about the progress of the project and the strengths to enhance in the process, the negative things to polish and the times taken to reach the objective.
