I think some others have mentioned or hinted at this but physical security is more important to hardware and systems than most people realize. You can take every precaution in the world but if you allow physical access in any way, you must view it as a significant threat surface. Whether it's using a USB rubber ducky (advanced control/command device mascarading as a basic HID), LAN tap, network connected HVAC/lighting controls.... If an attacker could have physical access to or near your hardware you need to view it as part of the security assessment.
This list is a great start, but I would also add the simple importance of installing the latest security updates (OS patching, applicable firmware updates, critical/application-specific security updates such as SQL, etc).
All key aspect in securing a computer system have been discussed, briefly yes but the most important one I always consider in my few years of practice is user training. How the user is trained on cyber security can easen or harden your work as an IT personel. Let the user be trained well on cyber protection and ways to secure themselves while using the system.
