Vous devez commencer par faire la différence entre le normatif et le législatif. -Les normes sont contractuelle -La législation c'est la loi Il faut donc commencer par respecter les lois en vigueur. Pour un batiment commercial qui recevra du public il est important de conna?tre en 1er le type et la catégorie du batiment. Arrêté du 25 juin 1980 Livre II Titre II 1- classer l'ERP 2- prévenir l'incendie 3- contenir le feu 4- l'alarme 5- faciliter l'évacuation 6- organiser les secours 7- faciliter l'intervention 8- inspection vérification

L'objectif de ce plan, consiste à définir les actions à mener pour réduire la vulnérabilité de l'établissement à un niveau de risque acceptable. (attention le risque zéro n'existe pas) -La gestion des flux permet : l'amélioration de la productivité la réduction des AT l'amélioration de qualité l'amélioration de la sécurité -La ségrégation des risques 3E: évitement séparation - compartimentage division duplication 3E efficacité économie ergonomie

Diminuer la fréquence avec des mesures de prévention: documents unique, plan de prévention, registre, consigne, permis feu, interdiction de fumer, Q18 électricité, Q19 infrarouge, paratonnerre, exercices avec les pompiers, marquage au sol, Nettoyage, les 5S, formation, limitation de vitesse, entretien, etc.... La prévention c'est l'ensemble des mesures destinées à empêcher qu'un incendie se déclare. Diminuer la gravité avec des moyens de protection : alarme, extincteurs, désenfumage, extinction automatique, poteaux incendie, RIA, BAES, spécifique ICPE, etc... La protection c'est l'ensemble des moyens manuels ou automatiques susceptible d'entrer en action.
