How can you design a data processing pipeline that is both fast and accurate?

With the simple rule that says 'If you can't measure it, you can't improve it', which is where Monitoring and Logging helps so that comprehensive monitoring can be used to track performance metrics and identify bottlenecks and Detailed logs help in debugging and optimizing. Many cloud vendors also give you visualisation capabilities to easily understand the pipeline trends i.e. if it's as expected, above or below expected metrics, using this info we can take further steps to optimize be at pipeline or infra level.

Other important aspect is the Network. The best network performance you gain is directly dependent on the weakest link in your network. Ensure that your weakest link in the network is strong enough to accommodate the traffic.
