One thing I‘m often missing when starting with ?knowing your users“ is to understand new tech advancements and a vision of their business impact. To do a good design job we need to be aware that there will occur user types that we don’t know today and our job as designers is to help them ramping up quickly in new or untapped fields.

Knowing your users is the among the first steps to be done. If various user personas are clear, then to customize the outcome based on their need would become easier
