QMS's which i worked extensively are TMMi, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma and TQM TMMi is complementary model for CMMi and relays on the levels of maturity like Initial, repeatable, Defined, Managed and Optimized. Each level has certain KPA's to achieve, The process is so stringent where you can traverse/backtrack properly if anything is missed. This model has defined metrics for each level. Lean Six Sigma targeted for quality with speed. Quality is achieved with statistical data processes and speed can be achieved by eliminating the waste and removing the non value added activities. TQM Management empowers their employees to make decisions. Management provides high performance work systems to drive continuous improvement.

Two things to remember when describing your achievements: 1. Quantify, quantify, quantify! There's nothing that speaks more clearly than numbers . (A graphic representation wouldn't hurt) 2. Remember: It's not the fireworks you're describing, it's the effectiveness of your actions. So translate it to language management can understand: How did your actions and results support the organisation in reaching its strategic business goals. What was the contribution to the business bottom line.
