Do not get confortable on your position, keep searching and question yourself about where you want to be, what you want to do and how you can reach that. There is a lot of room on the QA sector to keep moving towards and improve. I keep asking my workmates about new projects or what can we do to update our firm and be different from the other companies.

My goal is to excel as a laboratory quality assurance professional by implementing robust quality management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. I aim to contribute to accurate, reliable, and high-quality laboratory operations that ultimately enhance patient care and scientific research.

Do not get complacent always listen and see how others approach their troubleshooting. Always stay open to learn. The main key is to find interest in what is going wrong,with a analyte/analyser,to have more knowledge experience to save time for future purposes. What you solve today is your personal experience forever and will better your application in dire situations

I will like to contribute to the overall quality of the lab and this is important in a lab to not only send out quality and dependable results but also can monitor thw function of the machines in use.
