Rather than having a "Show to boss Attitude" - we need to have the passion for new initiatives and adaptability of new trends and updates as social media is a platform with innovations at every next moment. Along with managing the company pages, efforts should be made to create a personal branding on social media without a negative impact on working time so that the efficiency will be visible without sharing. Sharing the ideas and market trends time to time is also make a great impact. Proper communication with the management and the team makes it more deserving.
