Often times, people are not self-starters and need more tools to prepare to learn. Getting skills in how to learn (yes really) and dealing with current mental health struggles should be your first priority. Then you should sample a bunch of courses or sites or what have you to see what teaching styles resonate most with you. How much help do you need? Do you need something set from start to finish or do you want to learn a from everywhere? Do you already have a roadmap in mind? I personally follow the 100devs bootcamp. It's free and utilizes bunches of positive learning techniques and styles.
