Try to build your personas as vivid as possible. Think about them aside from the actual topic your app will be made for. The better you can imagine the human behind the persona the easier you can define its needs. Always think about the entire user journey not just the one reason the user is downloading the app. But try to answere the question: what is the reason this persona is downloading the app?

You can then very seamlessly translate your FigJam design into high-fidelity prototypes in a standard Figma design file, where I make use of comments for annotation and collaboration. Figma's new DevTools in beta is also an awesome feature that can help bridge the gap from designer to dev.

Besides offering a clear view of containers and their hierarchy, it also provides insightful features like viewing layout grids, exporting CSS assets directly, and inspecting element properties, making the design-to-development process much more efficient.

This is probably the most important aspect to consider while designing for a wide range of users as it takes each and everyone needs into consideration for example use of alt text helps those with visual impairment understand what is being read out by screen readers. Use of colors that abide by WCAG is also paramount.
