Teams exist for solving organization problems, each team need clear undertanding how their outcome will impact on organization performance, to create a connection. They need to have capabilities, resources for the problem solving, otherwise, as a leader need to provide coaching to help team succeed, celebrate small progress to build confidence. We need to encourage of taking calculated risks, there is no failure as long as team learn from it. Most critical, no blame game and/or scapegoating!

Delegating and alloting the work to your team is very crucial. If a team member will be given a task which is very tough for him , he might lose his self-confidence meanwhile. So in order to develop the skill set you need to assess their current skill , gradually upgrade them as per their abosorbing capacity with a little little follow ups with positive environment of continuous learning.

I found the best ways to create a supportive and collaborative learning environment for my team are: 1. Encourage open communication, collaboration, and ensure the environment is safe and inclusive. 2. Establish clear goals and expectations. 3. Provide learning opportunities, like training sessions, workshops, and professional development and or certification courses. 4. Recognize and reward contributions. 5. Leverage technology available and foster innovation and creativity. 6. Lead by example. 7. Regularly assess and adjust.

Always compare and reward your team with the last time you reviewed and based on the feedback you provided. Each one of us have different capacity to absorb and digest things , so rewarding them even if they haven't achieved the target will gradually help them out in achieving the set targets soon.
