Acredito que a base da aprendizagem em ambientes corporativos vem do exemplo e também da capacita??o, observa??o e mentoria. Um ambiente diverso é um campo fértil para troca e aprendizados mútuos. Quando você possui o perfil da sua equipe (pontos fracos e fortes) e tem definidas as atribui??es e entregas de cada fun??o, fica mais objetivo tra?ar o caminho de aprendizado que cada um precisa percorrer para obter os melhores resultados. Fora isso o papel da lideran?a atenta e que acompanha o desenvolvimento da sua equipe é fundamental para dar feedbacks que contribuam com a melhoria contínua da equipe.

Uma forma de incentivar uma cultura colaborativa de aprendizado seria organizar palestras com equipes vizinhas. Isso geralmente n?o depende de verba e nem de autoriza??o de hierarquia acima, basta que os líderes das 2 equipes alinhem os temas e datas. Com isso as próprias equipes se desenvolvem no papel de instrutores, além de criar uma conex?o entre si.

Es fundamental, conocer tanto la organización como el equipo, y así poder hacer una correcta valoración de las necesidades y posibilidades de formación que potencien a ambos, y proponer un itinerario. Con independencia, de la formación que se pueda plantear, en la propia dinámica organizacional se producen dinámicas y sinergias que fomentan un aprendizaje continuo en todos los niveles organizacionales. Algunas claves para favorecer el aprendizaje, es precisamente, fomentar una adecuada comunicación bidireccional, que permita expresar necesidades o propuestas, y a?adido a ello, se sienta la confianza suficiente como para expresar dudas o realizar preguntas. Una cultura de aprendizaje, que redunda en el desarrollo de la organización.
