Showcase a variety of materials and creative uses of space. I enjoy and look for print experts who are knowledgeable of the latest materials used for print and also creative with the use of the available space ie: printing on floors, glass, walls, pillars, etc.

It's critical to use photography when showcasing print projects! Get copies of your printed work and take great photos. One of my favorite aspects about designing for print is getting to hold a finished product in my hands. Using photos to showcase your work captures some of that magic for people who view your portfolio. Just displaying your print files or creating digital versions of your artwork isn't the same and doesn't provide portfolio viewers with the same experience as a photo that shows the care and attention to detail that went into making the final product.
