O mentor precisa gostar de pessoas, cada ser humano é único, pois suas experiências s?o únicas. O grande mal do século é a falta de profundidade, cuidado ao escolher profissionais que só ficam nessa casca. Sempre o mentorado sairá com atividades para serem realizadas de um encontro para o outro. Neste caso, existe uma forte responsabilidade que o mentorado precisa ter com rela??o às atividades, dedica??o de tempo para fazê-las e chegar no resultado esperado, algumas dicas: 1 - Reserve um período do dia para fazer as atividades propostas 2 - N?o fique com dúvidas, mesmo que, na sua vis?o sejam "bobas", o mentor está lá para respondê-la 3 - A mentoria n?o é para qualquer um, precisa de disciplina, dedica??o e responsabilidade. 4 - Foco no processo! Do outro lado, o mentor precisa estar disponível para atender o seu mentorado e responder suas principais dúvidas mesmo fora dos encontros.
