Es muy importante antes de empezar cualquier proceso realizar un análisis muy profundo sobre el objetivo que se quiere alcanzar, cuál es el trayecto a seguir, que hitos aparecerían en este trayecto. A partir de ahí, se desarrollarán tareas en base a los hitos establecidos, así como un seguimiento para asegurarnos de que se está siguiendo el trayecto establecido, así como peque?as reuniones posteriores para analizar si se está cumpliendo el objetivo inicial o si se está impactando sobre éste lo suficiente.
