I have found that breaking the training into smaller sections and scheduling monthly or quarterly sessions help ensure the team’s knowledge and skills are up to date.

Continue to update and redesign the program. You cannot expect to provide effective training for such a rapidly evolving topic, without rapidly evolving the training.

Data privacy is a very important subject but it’s boring and dry. I’ve tried to attend it locally via MS Teams training organized by the office and I fell asleep after ten minutes. I then forced myself to watch the recording and I closed the session after ten minutes as well, not because I fell asleep but because the trainer’s accent was not clear and also she was talking like an AI agent!! It was very clear that the trainer was a specialized data privacy officer. However, the has no training and language skills. She showed her ability to do her work perfectly, not why the data privacy is important. I was disengaged. Thus, I suggest this officer to train a professional training officer who has enough knowledge to add real value ??
