A Gantt chart is an excellent tool for monitoring the progress of a project and it can easily be setup in Excel which is a standard office software most people have access to across organizations. It typically includes two sections: the left side outlines a list of tasks, while the right side has a timeline with schedule bars that visualize work, but it can be easily customized to include other information you need to track; start and end dates of tasks, milestones, dependencies between tasks, and assignees. Additionally you can add financial tracking to it, or simply include that in a separate page on the same excel document so everything is easily located in one place.

Keeping track of your goals and what your team has defined as metrics of success, can help in adapting, adopting or abandoning project tasks.

? Analyse your development: Assess your progress on achieving your goals regularly and change your approach as needed. Try to identify the reasons why you are trailing so you can address them. Consider adding more work or adjusting your goals if you are ahead of schedule so you may challenge yourself.

Keeping frequent, short, and productive meetings with each team will help the whole team identify what needs to be kept on running and what needs to be adjusted as it runs so on time tasks completion is not a burden to anyone.

Real-time communication can be invaluable for groups and it's important that valuable insights arising from group 'chats' gets shared with key stakeholders so you need to make sure your teams clearly understand when and where different types of information should be shared.

Learning from others is definitely essential in the research process as they can provide a different outlook or perspective on the results and efficacy of the research study itself. For example, say one is conducting a study on the effectiveness of a treatment model targeting a certain demographic or population of people. It would be behooving to not be inclusive of that specific population or demographic during this step in the process as they are best to give insight on what could be added, subtracted, modified, and struck out from the research process for being inessential or just not applicable to their demographic itself. Therefore, stakeholders and just outside perspectives in general should be welcomed during this process step!
