Es importante dar a conocer lo mas pronto posible la visión de un supervisor a un grupo de trabajo con el que está iniciando labores, pero esto debe de hacer después de tomarse el tiempo para conocer a cada miembro, identificar sus debilidades y fortalezas, y adaptar la participación de cada uno a la visión general de trabajo del supervisor.

Si no son compatibles, es necesario encontrar los puntos de inflexión, y mediante su estudio, desarrollar el mejor método para encausar el trabajo hacia el bien común y la homogeneidad de la cultura de trabajo.

No existe mejor método que ense?anza que el ejemplo, de la misma forma en que no existe mayor motivación que la recibida por alguien en quien confías. El supervisor debe ser el primero en la fila al momento de implementar o fortalecer la cultura de trabajo y el cambio positivo del mindset general de los colaboradores. Existen los grupos de trabajo, luego están los equipos, pero el alcance administrativo de la supervisión al grado de la fraternidad, debe ser la meta de cada supervisor, para lograr grandes resultados, que sean constantes con el tiempo.
