Na minha vis?o, a melhor forma de comunicar benefícios de qualquer a??o às partes interessadas, é trazendo os pontos ao contexto em que esses usuários se encontram. Como aquele ajuste de desempenho irá impactar positivamente na rotina de uma área? qual dor enfrentada por aquele time deixará de existir com a implementa??o do ajuste? Vejo que muitas vezes as áreas técnicas se limitam a compartilhar os ajustes do ponto de vista técnico, e quando as áreas beneficiadas estao em um contexto mais de negócio, acabam nao conseguindo 'traduzir' os benefícios para o seu dia a dia.

Definir unas buenas métricas de rendimiento, ejecutar pruebas y comparar tiempos antes y después de las optimizaciones nos ayudará a reforzar el mensaje sobre la necesidad de las tareas de mantenimiento y optimización. En mi experiencia, lo que más me ha costado explicar a compa?eros no técnicos es la diferencia entre tiempo de ejecución y tiempo de CPU. Una consulta más rápida en tiempo de ejecución puede ser peor que otra que tarde unos segundos más usando un solo procesador.
