The RPA was enhanced by the organization, customers tend to ask series of questions and the RPA keeps repeating the same feedback for different or similar request due to poor software programs designed for the RPA. Sometimes, it will take time before it gives you the normal feed back, this keeps client and customers on queue. Human can handle it less than few minutes. Its a good innovation, I agreed but it still need a lot researches and software developers to be better. The RPA is created by humans to leverage the division of labour and cut cost but if not properly manage the error mechanism can be armfuls or results to loss responsibility .
