I try to highlight both individual excellence and the magic that happens when we unite behind a shared goal.

As a junior PR account manager, I always wanted a big, brass bell to ring to celebrate getting a client covered. I think it's also important to share client feedback with junior members of the team who don't have eyes on this, as this helps boost morale and motivates them to continue doing an amazing job.
