You can find your niche after this. Niche mainly comes under Health, Career, Creativity, Finance/Money, and Relationships in categories. Go through your life story and [1] Check your interests and hobbies. things you enjoy and love. [2] Try to Find a pattern or relationship with your niche. [3] Write your strengths, weaknesses, and emotions you felt with that niche. It's ok if you have a hard time finding your niche. It might take time but you will find it.

There are coaches that say you need a niche. Others are striving without a niche. It’s very much based on personal preference. Experimenting comes before defining. Defining the niche is a follow-on process where we zoom in, clarify, and decide. But before that, when somebody goes into this niche, we really have to broaden our perspective and try out a number of things. It's really a blind spot analysis. We won't know what we are good at, what we like, and what our customer needs unless we give it a shot. This can be exciting to some and daunting to others. However, trying out is an indispensable part of finding your voice. I've seen it countless times.

Here your coaching, you are the product. Clarify your self on what you want do, how you can help your targeted audience your personalised strategy ( your differentiator). What sets you apart as a coach? Why are you a niche of 1? What makes you special? What do you value above all else? What do people thank you for, that when they do, you’re like ‘it was nothing’? Those are questions that helped me out in the past.

Creating content regularly is the most important aspect of building your personal coaching brand. Give amazing value to your audience, share insights, hacks, and strategies in a different form of content text, video, and audio in the right social media platform where your target audience will be mostly available. Your content should have an amazing hook ( to grab attention ), valuable insights like the story , hacks etc ( should help/add values to audience life) a CTA (call to action, what they should do after watching this? ) The content game is like a marathon, long-term game. Don't think about numbers, do it with genuine passion, helping people.

Experiment, experiment, experiment! Humans are dynamic need to be engaged in multiple ways with different messaging. My best advice to new and OG Coaches are to be playful and allow yourself the permission to try out different forms of content creation again and again until you figure out the formula that feels authentic to you and powerful for your audience.

Always work on yourself, educate yourself to become better and serve people with genuine interest.

Your authority is crucial to grow your coaching business. You need to deliver great values and solve clients' pain points to make them your raving fans. You can ask for referrals after generating results for your client and grow organically.

Reputation comes from capability and predictability. When we are creating consistent value and especially help beyond what people expected, we are remembered. One thing that I also found useful and is a good hint is to surprise and delight people. This doesn't have to be big, but a simple unexpected thank you note or an extra tool that you share with people out of nowhere makes them remember you afterwards. I always look out and try to remember why I was delighted by other people around me and I learn from that. It's surprisingly easy to stand out this way.
