Clarity is key. My favorite way to end a meeting is to recap next steps along with the project owners of those steps. Recapping assures that the team is on the same page. It also sets attainable goals that move you efficiently through your project.

Communication, collaboration & transparency is the foundation here in my experience. When it comes to creativity, I doubt how much emails gonna work, it's either you sit with the team, or you call them.

Give credit where it’s due and more so make it a religious regime! When it comes to building a team morale there goes in a bunch of aspects! Like appreciating freely, giving the credit without divisions, letting the team take the initiative and so on and so forth! But, I believe what adds up enormously to the team morale in advertising and marketing industry as a whole is giving the team a certain level of freehand! Let their ideas sore even if it doesn’t peak up initially! Be open and count in your team members! Celebrate each input!

I personally disagree with giving out those thank you notes and stuff. Because two things matter the most in the world right now - especially when it comes to a professional setup and business in general. 1. Incentivise. (Short term) 2. Championise. (Long term) - You can provide them with incentives - it's give and take - simple economics. This idea is good for a short term motivation and appreciation. Long term this would turn out to be a vicious hamster wheel to everyone - making it a dog eat dog environment. - Tell them how valuable they are (not just the work they do), here's how you can exactly do that (in a more balanced manner) 1. Identify each individual's unique aspect. 2. Make them a champion for that in your team. ??

We encourage staff to disable push notifications, promoting uninterrupted personal time.
