Even the most experienced product managers are always learning and need help because they can’t be experts in everything. If you can offer your expertise to the product manager in one of those areas, you will get a wealth of knowledge and support in return. Product managers are naturally collaborative and willing to help to begin with.
I had no previous experience in product management, so I enrolled in two bootcamps (~6 weeks each). First for Product Discovery, then for Retention + Engagement @ Reforge. Both are very helpful to meet fellow product people and discuss common challenges.

For example, if you are reaching out to a PM who works at a startup, you can share some interesting ideas on how to improve a particular mobile app or a solution.

I"ll combine #3 with this one. There are many ways to build relationships with product management professionals without direct product management experience, the top one in my opinion is giving them something of value. Since product management interacts with every discipline in an organization, this is easy to do. Shed some new light on how the role of product management impacts other areas where you've worked like sales or marketing or operations or project management. Product managers are people-pleasers for the most part and want to do the right thing to help others succeed. Help them do that and you'll build a strong network fast...and probably land yourself a good product managementjob in the process.

Members of a CoP pursue their shared interest through joint activities, discussions, problem-solving opportunities, information sharing, and relationship building. We have used CoPs to discuss challenges, processes, and opportunities to improve and share ideas.
