They don't need to have done this exact job before, but they do need to have the ambition and courage to put their unique experiences to work in a new way alongside a team. Maybe most importantly, the organization needs to be ready for the energy that a new team and fresh perspectives bring. Focus on welcoming new staff, but also invest in existing staff growth and development to allow for change initiatives that push everyone forward together. Part of being impactful is nature, and the rest is how the organization nurtures.

One thing I found it helpful for letting the team prioritize the social and environmental impact is when they identify the importance of the impact on their beneficiaries and their environment , how much it's important to specifically causing a positive impact on people and environment, and how are the positive impact regarding these two areas, in fact , it's a useful measuring tool of the efficiency of certain project/program.
