Without AI Assistance, I would personally connect with 100 people per week, 80 in your country and 20 in other parts of the world. This ensures your content and profile is viewed and makes impressions, theoretically 24/7. 50 of those connections would be working within fields that excite you, for example, Sports, Running, architecture etc. You'd want to connect with around 10-15 CEO's or directors for future business development opportunities. The rest would be potential (placeable) candidates. Try and connect with industry leaders and a fair share of male / female, if possible. Use hashtag's to help you understand what the candidate 'Talks about'. This will help you find some of the best and most active users on LinkedIn. Cheers!!!

In this VUCA world , it is imperative to expand our Network. Because our Network is our Net Worth. (Period.) In my opinion, The more Network you have the better qualified Leads/candidates/customers you get. And it is proved in my career of ever 2 decades. :) This is the age of Referral - most of the niche positions goes with word of mouth /Ref & it works. Another way is , to represent your company in events and conferences , when you rub shoulders with peers of other industries and companies you get 2 things, one is better perspective and also the way they handle / mode of ops.
