Well, for making resources forcasting and planning, following factors are required 1- analyse current resources stragically 2- study SMART analysis carefully 3- ,use JIT strategy to be more successful 4- get proper feedback from your staff and all stakeholders 5- bring changes if required 6- while resources forcasting and planning, have a strategic look into your budgets
