Example would be that a financial institution would focus on the communities identified needs for financial products and services, education and literacy, small business development, etc.

What I found helpful and mind blowing is step 3..Adapt to change Most people find it difficult to adapt to change, this is caused mostly by the comfort a person has which causes much resilient to change. Also organizations should be flexible enough to see what are the most new common needs within the community and address those needs by implementing new programs. I believe we should all strive to adapt to change, more especially after witnessing what Covid-19 did to most organizations and businesses. It was a matter of urgency to come up with a workable plan and most businesses closed down due to lack of adapting to change. Risks are meant to be taken through proper risk assessment plan to scrutinize the process effectively.
