A new type of Ai powered amplifiers would be the future so all speakers will be connected and run back through a feedback destroyer and automatical balance compressor controls. Basically the speaker need to be able to listen to themselves in order to achieve the best results possible with regards to the space and how many speakers are involved.

There is an additional concern when dealing with multiple voices... - Coaching the voices on beneficial microphone technique so they can take responsibility to stay in the microphone sweet spot. The speaker's ability to control this is the most important factor and makes EVERY other step easier.

I really don't like the framing of this, because it implies that the function "Normalize" does something that it generally does not. Instead, "adjusting the level of each voice to a desired level" is a much better instruction. That level could be the Audible standard, or the streaming service standard or a radio standard, but the "Normalize" function does not automatically achieve any one of these standards.

This really makes me question the original author's knowledge. All of the steps to this point are part of the "Mixing" process. Mixing is the process of adjusting and controlling levels, adjusting EQ, panning and adding effects. It is an integrated, iterative process. Until it is right, every decision is up for revising. The good news, for regular events it can often be a set and forget thing.

For those that a new at this process, the best advice is to keep it as simple as you can. More tools, tricks, and more complications doin't usually make voices sound better. Good mic technique and good levels are the most impactful elements.
