In my experience, the presence of false dilemmas can also pose a challenge during negotiations. False dilemmas can be used as a tactic that can push individuals into making hasty decisions based on limited options. As such, it may be crucial to maintain a degree of skepticism when presented with binomial options. Phrases such as "you're either on board with this, or you're against it" can be indicative of a false dilemma.
