It’s ok not to have a clear direction, that can be worked through in the sessions with you career coach. As an entrepreneur you already will have an idea of your strengths and let’s say it ‘zone of genius’ but what will benefit it understanding all your skills and strengths to take your business forward or develop new income streams or pathways. Career coaching assists whether self employed or in salaried work.

It's okay to know, and it's okay to not know. It's about asking questions that can give you clarity and speaking with people who have insights beyond your own. Evaluating your strengths and areas for growth is a good place to start assessing your needs. Gaining perspective on your capabilities will help you see what you might be called on for, and what you want to be called on for in the future.
