You won't see every problem in every environment just googling on the Internet. The ChatGPT won't help you if you don’t know how to ask it. If you have no idea about how to isolate the issue or you're not sure where is the root cause.... it is the big elephant in the room!?? There is no shortcut bro! You should also update your equipment firmware and software versions to the latest to avoid issues and unexpected downtime. If you have aged equipment, check if it's still suitable for current needs cos upgrading your equipment with latest technology or updates can reduce your teams workloads and downtime.
