You need to know if your projections for growth match your facility lease duration. Reasonable projections will allow you to manage your renewals terms (length). If you need more space make sure that adequate space exists or be aware of slated future construction in the area that will come online. If you plan to move start your search about 18 months before your lease expires. This will allow for a smooth move and any landlord improvements that may be needed.
