How can you align your career objectives with community engagement and philanthropy?

It all boils down to our values. By examining our values, and prioritising community wellbeing, it becomes easier to align our career development in line with community. When the community we live in is happy, we will also be happy. In fact, it is critical that our community is healthy, prosperous, happy, and safe, so we can enjoy the benefits of it, and lead a peaceful life. By choosing career choices that are people and planet friendly, irrespective of the job roles we hold, we could ensure our objectives are aligned with our community.

When I was homeless twice in my childhood (Not hopeless), I always wanted to create value in the "Global marketplace" by serving selflessly. I passionately worked for over 26 different skilled jobs during my career building, and I practically learned the purpose and why having career planning during anyone's teen than in their twenties. And create value in young adults and professional career-oriented people by teaching, coaching and training them to avoid drifting and become TOP in their chosen field or to learn how to choose a successful career path so they can help themselves and others to fulfill the purpose of humanity and human growth on Mother Earth.

Many times companies will have a matching program that will provide extra "matching" funds for organizations that matter to employees. So if you donate $100 to a charitable organization, your employer may also donate $100 to that organization. It is a great way of making a difference for organizations that matter to you. Look for a company policy or an organization-wide email explaining how to appropriately qualify for the "matched" funds, and follow the steps outlined by your organization.

While working on my global businesses, I am passionately contributing my precious as a board of directors on the charity foundation. I teach, coach, and train passionate people and share the hidden secrets of research and study to generate funds (And successfully generate over $80,000 for community causes) and help people worldwide grow intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually.

Try to figure out what kind of cause of believe. It can be related to your values and your beliefs. After, list all the institutions you could support voluntarily that are relevant and related to your cause. Will be easier with someone you know could recommend you. Besides, you can start helping people by yourself focused on your cause.

Think about those skills and talents that you take pride in and share it through institutions in your community. For example, if you are a marketing professional, you could choose to offer those skillsets to a neighborhood community center to enhance their social presence. If you are great with finances, support local school children/youth or a self help group with masterclasses on financial management. Start from yourself, giving those gifts that bring you joy, as opposed to donning the role of a savior trying to 'do good to the other'. Know and believe that your community engagement brings more benefit to your own self and your family first (more than what it does to the community).

I passionately set my daily, monthly and yearly goals and objectives and work on them sincerely until they create value for me and others. Keeping accountability of mastermind alliances is the key secret to achieving higher and deserving goals. As mentioned above, I teach, coach, and train passionate people and share the hidden secrets of research and study to generate funds (And successfully created tens of thousands of dollars for community causes)

Setting goals and objectives is accessible in the imagination department. Still, the most challenging and most creative part is to work on them consistently and take daily inventory to achieve remarkable achievements for each other. Logbooks, journals, and old paper calendars are the classic way and in style for me!

Additional things to bear in mind include - to consciously not work with institutions/businesses that alienate people from themselves, their community, and their environment. - to find opportunities in every job/institution to extend your skills to the immediate community near your workplace. - to work in one's own community/neighborhood where one has deep roots, and first hand understanding of the community's needs and challenges - to to view philanthropy as more than just throwing some money to 'pet' causes; to actually get involved in doing the tasks that uplift our community.
