My biggest concern is the lack of transparency with the end user. They do not know what they want and it can be frustrating to engage with them to get answers. Before going through this whole process, the very first step, in my opinion, is to get customer feedback and decide if they want to change. Knowing improvements are possible and welcomed, they sometimes will not commit to the process of changing.
