To do this, you should set a clear purpose and agenda for the meeting, choose a suitable time and place without distractions or interruptions, do some research on their performance and feedback, and come up with open-ended questions. Once you clarify any confusion, you can ensure that everyone in your team is on the same page, saving the time and effort and addressing inconveniences before they evolve into problems. So, in addition to providing feedback, you have to contribute to the discussion by clarifying any vagueness and make sure that the communication channel stays open whenever needed.
