For long, criminal investigation was seen as an art, whose practitioners perhaps resisted standardization and supervision. When a law-abiding member of society is approached by people only to be knocked unconscious and put into a coma, I know I’m talking about a police State mentality here. However, we should employ every possible digital technique for identifying and bringing the perpetrators to justice. Closed-circuit cameras have blind spots. Smartphones do not. People near the crime should be able to upload any data their phones have recorded to bring the criminals to justice. We must utilize the technology in 2023 to keep the public safe and make the Criminal element aware that they are being watched at any given moment.

Proper development and application of dedicated software can provide improved management of case files, improved control of cost management efforts, court records, probate and other case related matters. The combined effort will result in overall improved efficiency of both personnel and program management and efficiency.
