A simple way to create OKRs is by using the "as measured by" (AMB) template which states "we will achieve a certain OBJECTIVE as measured by the following KEY RESULTS" Generally as a team member your Objective should be your team leaders key results. OKR should as be measurable and achievable
Give clear instructions from the beginning and have 1 or 2 very specific outcomes that you want to achieve. Only move onto the next task when something is 100% complete. Start with the simplest task to create a sense of achievement and momentum. Action is better than overthinking.

I’m my experience, helping team members prioritize their task to to help them identify the most important task. Again, help them break down to small task and match it to the skills. An important thing to also note is to help them use a framework that would be easier for them to make their task achievable and this is called the Value Vs. Effort framework. This will help team members to focus on the high value task that requires less effort and vice versa

Data management tools include governance/cataloging tools and data modeling (relevant to my work). Very important to stay informed of the new tools on the market, all of the options and differentiators between the solutions to know which fit your work flow and your goals best, can save your time, costs, etc.
One thing I've found helpful is the use of project management softwares such as Zoho projects or Click up to help organize, track and plan tasks. With these softwares, tasks and subtasks can be updated in the system and allocated to individuals, prioritized and progress for each task can be tracked easily. These softwares also create a Gantt chart that outlines all the tasks and milestones for a particular project, program or department so that the team can work more efficiently being guided by a clear Gantt chart that shows dates on which tasks and subtasks should have been completed.
It is all about that mix between workload and dependency and corporate priority. Communication leads to feedback, feedback lets you set expectations with upper management and justify those expectations. Dependencies illustrates that overloading tasks with resources may well make no difference. Transparency gives us both credibility and trust.
