But CRM is such a tool designed in aviation to leverage the challenges and benefit from diversity. Teamwork is essential and effective communication skills is a key. Workload management and task sharing is essential in teamwork.

How we work to achieve it is by following the standards. Airlines have tailor-made SOP for all operating crews and ground staff.
