it is important to be able to tell a story at every given point because the life we live daily is a story with different scenes and casts. it matters because you always need to find something relatable to your targets and they can only connect with this emotion if its a story they know, heard or experienced.

When doing my MBA, my professor made a clear example one day by asking all the students in the classroom to name their favourite movie/s. It didn't take long before everyone waived their hands up in the air waiting to name their favourite. Then show a solution that will solve that need in the best way, and this solution should naturally be related to the product or service that you want to introduce. Sometimes it is not even necessary to be introduced in a direct and very clear way and it can leave its own impact on the audience in the heart of the narrative. But experience has shown that in some product categories, the clearer and more direct the introduction is, the more audience will be attracted.
