Flood risk can be identified by spatial analysis through the following steps: 1) Identify the topography of the river stream area. 2) Watch the early flow of the river before the span of 5 years.(through Raster Image) 3) Then find out the High Flood Level ( HFL ) in this span of time. 4) Go through similar raster image analysis & identify the change in the river flow. 5) If the river flow reaches nearby HF level, contact the relative department & Disaster Management Team in the area to look for it & move the residents & clear the area as soon as possible.

Earthquakes are sudden and unpredictable events that can cause severe damage to structures and infrastructure, as well as injuries and deaths. Its a mechanism that occurs far below the surface of the earth, so very challenging to predict. In my opinion, if we can't go down we can go up. Simply, prior to earthquakes, an energy burst towards the atmosphere is observed in several EQ's. Possibly EQ can be detected earlier using atmospheric data, as energy releases from the stressed rocks before an EQ event. To observed the highly active faults with its ionospheric data can have impact to forecast EQ before an onset.

Os mapas de solo integrado e sobreposto com os mapas de base do relevo e declividade pode auxiliar nas zonas e áreas de risco ou de suscetibilidade a deslizamento. é importante adere?ar outros elementos e camadas para que a informa??o esteja contemplada: balan?o hidrico do solo, vegeta??o, orienta??o e inclina??o, geologia e etc. Essas analises de sobreposi??o a partir de diferentes elementos do meio físico também podem ser executados pelo QGIS.
