Social workers could be natural leaders They just have to teach and practice that work is the only way to have a healthy life, that people can only have rest after doing a real work, hardest work is equal to better work. There is no way people fill full life without it. Work hard, if possible doing jobs you really enjoy. Every day you should fill better.
